00:50 - I have a new girlfriend

yes. you read it correctly.

her name is work.

I met her in the office shortly after i started working. at first it was gradual but now she is always around. and baby knows it too. she hates it! and i always have to explain to her why i have to spend so much time with work. there was no way i could keep her from coming, i mean she just keeps coming. sighs.. i hate her presence but as time goes by, i have learnt to manage her.

and just because of her, my company decided to spent 2.5K for a new com. get it by now?

if you don't. i think you are married to stupid.

00:30 - Neat but dark...

I saw this about a month ago on yahoo. the artwork resembles the recent (6 months ago) poster theme by Zouk. with images of twisted cartoons and dark backgrounds. i just can't help but feel- is it just me or is there something 'dark' about these images? does anyone share the small connection or frequency with me? hellooo?

there it goes again... darkkkk.

23:46 - Work and study is not easy. Can you handle it?

Ya. try working thro' the assignment till 05:30 (am) and going to work at 07:30 (am). gasp!

It's true. believe it. i have an exciting life- try working and studying and sleeping and repeat the process over again till the weekends... I didn't know my life could be filled with such activities... and its driving me mad!!!

the only thing that is keeping me going on is my baby. she is my driving force. ohh.. what can I do without her? or in a different perspective- what could I have done without her? horrer! probably working in retail? (no offensive to retail. we love it. and they love our wallets. its a mutual thing...)

working in retail isn't all that bad. still can get staff discount. what if i was working as a call center operator? kinky.

anyway, I just submited my 3.5K word report. lost some sleep (approx. of 43.2 hrs in 48 hr?) and never much slack except by watching the 9o'clock channel 8 drama, ' rising high'. double gasp..

always a first time for anything. lesson no. #01- never slack too much in a race. it is not easy catching up. (unless you build on the momentuem, then again this is a seperate issue althogether..) at least work smart and build on the research first. at the end of this degree i could probably write a book- "work and study is not easy. Can you handle it? 100 tips from the underdogs. tip no. #01- buy this book."

ahaaha. did i just crapped?

night my folks! tomorrow is another beautiful day. just wear the right perspectives on.

00:40 - Work is never ending...

As the title says it all... work is never ending. I hands-up to that. work is never ending! it is like the rain cycle. probably worst. And balancing work and studies? not an easy feat.

I have to bear with it. once my degree is over, all this will pay off. now, we are like growing and reaping a field, full of hardship and sacrifices. but once it harvests, we will enjoy the abundance of its benefits. That is both the experience in-hand and the entry-level education. then we will sail from there. Whooo0ooOoooosh! or at humble, a whoosh.

but in the mean time... what to do? just toil with it loh.
